Water Conservation

Low-flow toilets & fixtures for buildings in LA & Orange County

Restrooms, kitchens and apartment units use water every day, and older fixtures add to the water bill across the whole building. Replacing showerheads, faucet aerators and older toilets with water-efficient models reduces water use, and less hot water used means less energy spent heating it. We also serve homeowners.

  • Lower water use across restrooms, kitchens and units

FAQ

Water conservation questions

Will tenants notice weaker showers?

Modern efficient showerheads are engineered to deliver a comfortable spray at lower flow rates. We can talk through options if you or your tenants have a preference.

How long do water conservation upgrades take?

Showerhead and aerator replacements are usually quick. Toilet replacements typically take a few hours each, so larger buildings are often scheduled in phases by floor or unit. We confirm timing and tenant access when we schedule the work.

Can water conservation upgrades lower a building's energy bill?

Using less hot water at showers and faucets means water heaters run less, which can reduce energy use as well as water use.

Are there programs for water-saving fixtures?

Programs such as SoCal WaterSmart, SoCalREN and MEA may support water-saving devices in participating areas. Eligibility often depends on your water provider and property type, and offerings change. Commercial and multifamily rebate programs may apply; we check eligibility before work starts.

Which upgrade saves the most water?

In many buildings, replacing older toilets saves the most indoor water, because toilets are one of the largest indoor water users. Efficient showerheads and faucet aerators are quick additions that also reduce hot water use.

Do new fixtures have to meet California standards?

Yes. Plumbing fixtures sold in California must meet state water-efficiency standards. We install fixtures that meet current requirements and can point out WaterSense-labeled options.
